Astrolome Inc respects the privacy of the users and visitors of its website and services and is committed to protect the information that its Users share with it. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect when you visit our website at the address [http://www.astrolome.com] (the "Site") and/or use the services offered by the Company (the "Services"), including our main Service which allows you to have a personal astrology tool (the "Astrolome"). The guidelines contained herein apply to your visit or use of the Site or Astrolome services.

1. Which information we may collect on our Users?

We collect two types of data and information:

a. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information ("Non-personal Information"). To put it simply, we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-personal Information.

· Type of Browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)

· Browser and keyboard language (e.g. English)

Behavioral information:

· The properties of the User's Astrolome Information (e.g. Birth day , place of birth , Male Female etc.)

· The clicks that the User has generated in the App (i.e. the fact that User has chosen to click on a certain tab or use a certain event).

· Astrological Event information for the user and his / her friends ( time of event in/out , posts related to the event etc )

b. The other type of information is individually identifiable information ("Personal Information"). To put it simply, this information may identify an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature. Personal Information which is being gathered consists of User's name, User's address (physical and/or email), and other identifiable information (e.g. uploaded images of yourself). We also treat any email you may send to us as a Personal Information.

c. For the sake of clarification, any Non-personal Information combined with Personal Information shall be regarded as Personal information.

2. How do we collect information on our Users?

There are two main methods we use:

a. We collect information through your use of the Services and while you are viewing or otherwise using the Site and/or any Personal Webpage. In other words, when you access the app we are aware of your usage and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage.

b. We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you Yea and event and upload your post

3. What are the purposes of the collection of information?

Non-personal Information is collected in order to:

· Provide you with certain Services, including the ability to build a better astrolome service

· Learn about general trends on our service, and enhance the User experience (e.g. we determine which part of the Services draw more traffic and improve such services areas on the Site or the Services).

Personal Information is collected in order to:

· Provide you with the ability to view your astrological events or your friends astrological status, letting you upload your own content (e.g. pictures , Yea and Posts ).

· Keep track of emails you send to us, and have the ability to reply to you.

4. Sharing the information with Third Parties

We will share Personal Information and Non-personal Information only in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce these Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use www.astrolome.com/terms , including investigation of potential violations of them; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims that any content published on the Site and/or any Personal Webpage violates any right of a third-party; (e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. phone number, name, etc.) of a third-party has been posted on the Site and/or Personal Webpage or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (f) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its Users or the general public; (g) when Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Company; (h) pursuant to your approval, in order to supply certain Services you have requested from Company; or (i) to let our partners and affiliates serve you with commercials.

You should be aware that by posting a Yea and post a comment will enable users to view your post on the web or in Astrolome app

5. Deletion of Personal Information

If for any reason wish to delete your Personal Information may send an email to: privacy@astrolome.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

When you visit the Site and/or any Personal Webpage and/or use the Services, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies", Flash and/or Html 5 (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow us to enable automatic sign-in to the Site, your Personal Webpage and Services and make your browsing much more convenient and effortless.
